The service automates repetitive UI workflows, integrates with external tools via APIs and frameworks, and operates under AWS's shared responsibility model where AWS secures infrastructure and customers implement compliance controls. Healthcare providers can now use Nova Act for appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization, and claims management across provider and payer portals.
